For everyone assuming "bhang" to be legal and only "ganja" to be illegal, let me clear out that the Section 3(d) of The Assam Ganja and Bhang prohibition Act of 1958, prohibited consumption and possession of both "Bhang" and "Ganja" so better stay away from these if you are in Assam to stay out of trouble.
