The mystic city of Kathmandu is known to the world as the capital of Nepal. But this city hides many secrets and mysteries within the thousands of temples that are present here. The most significant of these temples is the Pashupatinath temple. Made in honour of Lord Shiva, the temple has more than 500 mini temples in its premises and hides more than 100 Shivlings in its backyard. Considered to be the holiest site in all of Nepal, the Pashupatinath temple adds to the beauty and never-ending list of mysteries of Kathmandu city.
Be it the Nardevi temple that’s famous for tantric rituals or the Kumari ghar that hosts the only living goddess in the world, Kathmandu has a plethora of mysteries waiting to be uncovered.

Another facts about Pashupatinath for those who follow Shaivism it's the most visit place once in a lifetime after a visit of 12 jotirling. It is said that your visit to 12 jotirling is incomplete without visiting Pashupatinath... NEPAL also have Muktinath, temple of Lord Vishnu the most secret place for those who follow Vaishnavism... It is believed that once in a lifetime they must visit Muktinath temple to complete their pilgrimage visit.. that's why we have many visitors especially people from South India in Muktinath.

There is another temple called BaghBhairav Temple which is located in Kirtipur, Kathmandu, Nepa which wasn’t affected by earthquake. This temple have it’s own story and it is really mysterious.

Rishi ved vyas was from Tanahun Nepal. This land is pure and tapa vumi for many ancient rishis. It is actually blessing to be born in this land. Fellow friends don’t leave this country and settle abroad.

Yes. Kumari is aware why she has to go through all of that. She is informed. Not everything is 'achanak'. They possess immense divine power. Kumaris have spoken about it once theyve grown up and are not kumari anymore.

There is also one very big secret in 'Bhaktapur' nearby town in Kathmandu. It is believed that a real- head of 'Kaal bhairav' from kashi still exists in one of the temples right next to five storey temple at Bhaktapur. Even now ,only the choosen ones are allowed to view that head inside that temple .

I heard from Someone I know was inside the Pashupati Nath Temple when Nepal was shaken by 2015 earthquake, she said she didn’t feel even the slightest of jolt. Nothing at all meanwhile outside it was a different story. Jay Shambho!

4:41 it is not true. In fact, the child is chosen to be goddess through rituals with the consent of their guardians and the goddess happily stays inside kumari ghar along with her guardians with almost every kind of facility.

So it's kinda finee too . I want you to cover a content on Pashupatinath Temple in single covering it's stories , popular legends and what not ( about it's tourism , important festivals , main shivalingas worshipping pattern and routine , main priest being choosen from India ) as it encompasses wide variety of things dating back to dynasties era . We don't have that sorta video made on Pashupatinath temple which strongly talks or teaches about this beautiful temple's importance or past in total. As Raaz is absolutely terrific channel for these sorta topic it will be a great opportunity for you to aware every hindu and all in general about this significant religious site which also will connect the dot why India and Nepal share a beautiful relationship . 😊

Some informations are certain but some are not. The picturaization of shree kirtimukha bhairab is not true. It is shree sweta bhairab. Similarly there is no such drama for Kumari selection. It is done with the consent of the kid's parents and on the interest of girl herself. There is another story related to swetkali ajima as well. And shree pashupatinath has 5 faces. Sadyojyota, bamadeva, tatpurush, aghora and the face in the upper portion of the linga is called ishan face. Regardless kudos to the team for great research!!👏
