As the interested party in at least two comm evs. and a witness to the closed door Bof Is Comm eves and chaplin arbitrations and WISE arbitrations, I have never seen or heard of a hearing of any kind that lasted more than a few hours. Dragging out Scientology' s kangaroo court for weeks or months would be hard to do.

I believe federal law also states that if or when arbitration fails you are permitted by law to proceed without arbitration. I only bring this up because I have done it myself in the lower courts they had to honor. I will someday find all revisions of all cos contracts because when I was forced to arbitration I just sat there until its was over without resolution and that was that and we went to the real court. I won that case plus all legal fees.

Arbitration ordered: The ruling by the judge should have included the order that the sessions are recorded and a neutral party attends as a witness to the sessions. In arbitration the complaining party should not be on his/her own against the other side that may have more than one person representing their interest. The judge can't assume the process will be fair or proper. Safeguards.

Please, please 🙏🏽 let these plaintiffs get an actual trial in the courts of the land, and please let precedent be set that scientology's arbitration agreement is literally unconstitutional under ALL circumstances, from how it is written, signed, or executed. Please let ALL plaintiffs preside over scientology in ALL lawsuits, and allow previous decisions to be reviewed and overturned in any prior cases.
