What's rude is cheating and lying. From experience of seeing two women go off on a guy they were both seeing, we had no problem with it at all. My coworkers and I gave them free desserts after he ran away and we gladly gossiped with them afterwards. It's not stressful on servers unless drinks are being thrown.

@jenellenelson4447 rude is from the paying customers who have to listen to this drama. coming into someones place of business to purposefully cause a scene is juevenile and probably the reason he cheated to begin with. Is he scum, i guess so. Is op justified to cause a scene? Sure, at home in front of family, not in front of a strangers family. This is how someone ends up dead.... and it usually isn't the man.... learn to choose better. Women seem to be really bad at it. Don't choose a guy from a single mother home. She never taught him to be a man. Women raise weak men.
