They're one of the oldest watch companies and made this design before longines... Maybe ask longines why didn't they make more changes? And ofc don't respond or delete your comment

This is not a diver's watch. This is just a lovely dress watch pretending to be diver's, and is totally unusable in doing so.

@@E82N55 Not that. But the indices and hands are so weak, thin and tiny, you can't see anything below 5m of depth. This is a fashion watch, not a diver's watch.
