Joshua Brown started Brown’s Pressure Washing with just $5,000 and no experience. Joshua’s journey to entrepreneurship hasn’t been easy. After a difficult childhood led to him dropping out of high school, he had a major accident at 19 that made him reevaluate his life. He entered the ministry for more than two decades, a role that was spiritually fulfilling but didn’t provide financial freedom. His friend had a successful pressure washing business, so Josh decided to give it a try. When he made $800 in four hours of work, he knew he’d landed on a winning business idea.

I've been in the power washing business for 30 years and I"m impressed and inspired by this guy. I started in 1991 out of the trunk of a 1979 Camaro. I've been my own boss and never been for lack of work since,....best tip I can give is; Put your heart into it. Be passionate about what you choose to do. Focus on taking care of the customer and the money will take care of itself

I know a guy in my city who was also a highschool drop out. Started a landscaping company in highschool, dropped out and had 18 lawns a week he was doing. 16 years later, its the biggest landscaping company in my city, he literally lives in a mansion, has a private plane, 2 tesla plaids, 2 Ram TRXs, and now owns multiple other business like cabin rentals in the mounts, a nice coffee shop, and a pool building business. Everything he owns in wrapped in his signature colors of his business so you now its him when you see a lime green Ram TRX going 0-60 in 4 seconds at a stop light.

This has been one of if not the most impactful upflip video I've seen. I've been looking for something new. The industry where I started my small business is a dying one. When you see someone like this, you can tell. They are good. They want you and others to do good. I would consider getting involved in this franchise opportunity because they are good. I am in canada. I have everything needed to jump right in, except for our winters. Just wish I knew what to do during winter. I'm not overly religious, I am getting there though.

As with many businesses on this channel, or rather MOST of these businesses, a major common denominator is warm weather climate. Many of these businesses can only function 4.5 months of the year in Northern Provinces in Canada. Love the channel though, very inspiring!!

29 years in the business. Learn about cleaning chemicals and basic plumbing. Sizes of plumbing, o-rings, hoses, and basic machine maintenance. Don't try to get too big, too fast. Can be dangerous and quality can go way down, and very difficult to take care of a giant work load. Having a bad rep will ruin you. Worst thing you can do. Finding quality people is always a challenge. So when you do, treat employees the best you can. Be consistent and fair with pricing and treat all customers with respect. You can make a good living for yourself and others.
