An upper body and core focused Pilates Mat workout. We'll incorporate a set of light hand weights (or wrist weights) into this upper body focused mat Pilates workout. If you don't have light hand weights, soup cans or water bottles or lacrosse balls work!
We'll start with a warm up and move into tabletop work and hinged upper body work. Then it's on to a v-sit core series. And we finish with push up to prone work.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
-Light hand weights (I'm using 2lbs)
If you're used to taking Classical Pilates classes, this will be a smidge different. I'm trained through STOTT, which is a contemporary, anatomy-driven approach - and then I put my own flair on top of that. :)
