We'll incorporate a set of light hand weights into this upper body focused mat Pilates workout. If you don't have light hand weights, soup cans or water bottles or lacrosse balls work!
We'll start with some a warm up and core activation work, move into triceps then shoulders/side body, and finish with a posterior focus in a hinged position.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
-Light hand weights (I'm using 2lbs)
If you're used to taking Classical Pilates classes, this will be a smidge different. I'm trained through STOTT, which is a contemporary, anatomy-driven approach - and then I put my own flair on top of that. :)
