Upper body workout in gym, dynamic disability friendly! 💪🏽😉♿️

1. Shoulders lateral raises
2. Triceps extension
3. Front raises
4. Upright row variations, gradual from shoulders, front, low to upright.
⚠️I establish a good connection and feeling of my muscles before I perform the exercise.
* Slow motion to keep every muscle contracted through the whole movement. Also keeps body temperature low, so it doesn't create MS flare up.

⚠️I train mainly through mind-body connection because I can no longer lift weights due to Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. The way I do mind-body connection is like a posing routine, but with repetitions.
