I agree with using 2 pump trucks. You of all people understand the size and complexity of the area and amount of concrete being poured. Having 2 trucks improves the efficiency and gives you a second truck, in case one of them has any issues. Good luck with the pour.

Sometimes it takes spending money to save money. Like with pumper trucks. Have an extra one on hand means you won't have to take valuable time taking down and resetting the first truck again. Especially if you have a big crew working.

Great progress. Curious about a safety issue...... Where the edge of the infinity upper pool is closest to the top of the steps in the diving pool, the CAD booklet didn't appear to show anything but a cap stone. It's a bit of a drop from upper pool to upper steps at that corner.

I think we (the viewers) all love concrete days, and it sounds like this is going to be an especially exciting pour. I am not so sure that Geoff will think of it as exciting though. Logistically challenging with a lot of moving parts and people, so that that pre pour meetup is a must, as is having an overall coordinator. That's going to be a big day in terms of cost as well no doubt. Just the two pump trucks will come to some dollars. I think that video will keep on getting views way after it is uploaded. At the pump room you have bracing for the pool side wall. Whats to keep the concrete in so that the feet of your braces don't get embedded in concrete?

The bracing holds the forms in place. Don’t need to fasten the feet down.

Why don"t you make a walkway behind the little pool and run pluming and electric in a tunnel instead of backing filling,easy way to service water and electric if there is any problems in the future.
