Best part about Chris taking your helper is he could actually teach her better on how to operate the machine correctly than he could you Geoff you wouldn't listen to anything Chris told you or anyone else for that matter cause you have some experience with a loader always be thinking about how you could improve and show him you got this her on the other hand she hasn't hung up a tractor with loader on it in the middle of swamp so she would listen to everything Chris had to tell her 😂😂😂😂😂😂

🇮🇪☘️🇺🇸 she’s beautiful & genuinely interested! Geoff PLEASE encourage her to be with you learning & allow Chris to show her on the smaller machines. It’s SO important for her to have that in her life, strong men raised me, it doesn’t make her less feminine quite the opposite. She will have a deep understanding & appreciation for all you do & it may ignite in her a curiosity in a field you never dreamt . But it will give her courage a courage few women have .blessings 🌹🙏🏻

Here in Caldwell county back in 1991, we drew our home out on graph paper, the contractor figured a material list/price, we went to the bank & got some money and built our home... WAAYYYYYY off the paved road ;-) Guess they won't let you get away with graph paper drawings now will they 🙂 Have fun with that beautiful young lady sir, she'll remember this day forever!!! My daughter just had twin girls and I can't wait till they are old enough to come stay with us ;-) Thanks Mr Bealy Good 🙂

It’s the details that always seem to get more and more involved in the construction industry concerning the codes, usually ( in my opinion anyway) are brought on by a few unscrupulous contractors trying to slide things thru the system. Just a thought any way. That little lady could be an operator, she did well, enjoyed watching, thanks for the video.

I remember Chris having Bealy Devil operate the 220's controls. It's awesome having B. Pooh operating the loader's controls. It's something she will never forget as well as being your right hand gal. Tetanus is Lock Jaw and it's a bacterium whose spores are readily found on rusty items. I love watching you with your kids and the memories you are creating with them. Thanks for sharing this, Geoff.

I've heard and said. Oh to be a kid again. Who knew I would wanna be a Bealygood kid? Chris would have had to remove the controls from my hands. To think. You could have a great operator. You got possibly the greatest on hand to teach her. You can buy your own equipment.

Some of us are old enough to remember when a Tetanus shot was just that. Now days it is a combination shot called DTaP or Dtap which protects against Diphtheria, Tetanus ( Lockjaw ), and Pertussis ( Whooping Cough ). And unlike the times of old when you were told you needed one every 3 years, now it is 10 years as long as you don't stick yourself with something. My yellow shot record book ( #2 ) shows that in 1970 and 1971 I had them less than a year apart. And some of us are old enough to have had Typhus and Typhoid Fever shots also. Typhus shots are no longer made. Typhoid Fever shots are not recommended for us older folks even though we had them when younger. Worse thing you can hear from a Navy Corpsman when you are sick is roll up your sleeves and drop your pants. It is going to hurt to sleep that night. Cholera vaccine is no longer given as a shot but that is how I got mine back then. Yellow Fever shot now is considered one and done but back in the 60s it was one plus a booster.

Hey Geoff- I think you've got an operator there. Next time you need some trenching done, take her to a back corner somewhere and show her the controls on your backhoe. Have her dig holes and fill them back in. THEN take her to where you really need a trench, and turn her loose. Lots of praise (and a couple oh Geeze's later), you'll have created a monster, (of the good variety). I grew up with the best dirt worker I've ever known, and I known a few. Sittin' on his daddy's knee steering the backhoe when he was 4, digging with the hoe and excavator at 6, and jockeying the D4 at age 8. He now owns his daddy's business, and he is always booked 1-1/2 to 2 years out. Your munchkin is full of potential, and to see her glee when she pulled those controls is priceless. Kids will live up to (or down to) your expectations of them. So give 'em all you got! Thanks for sharing.

I think you found your next contractor at Bealy Good farm. You going to have to get her a mini Chinese excavator for training purposes. Besides it might be helpful in some situations. The wife said she was just like her helping her dad growing up. You should probably get them back into helping clean up the house project again. Hope that was a great day for you guys and can't wait for more content soon.

Man, I don't know how Bad the tics are there ?? But, here in Western Ky. , if you step off in the weeds like you was, they will eat you up !! Awesome to see chris teaching. We had an excavator doing a subdivision for my dad, i was out watching him when i was like 13. He broght his dozer over and said im bored you get up here and drive it. He showed me the controls and said go push all that dirt. I spent the next 8 hours pushing dirt. It was alot of fun and gave me the heavy equipment operating bug.

Geoff you are talk about Tetanus which you can get from Rusty metal and manure, and Tetanus causes Lock Jaw. my Uncle dies at age 3 from falling on curtain stretchers which was wooden and has hundreds of tacks that was rusty.

Blimey! I'd be nervous creeping up behind a 50,000lb excavator when the operator doesn't know you are there. But if I absolutely had to do that, Chris is the operator I'd most trust to sense everything around him. It's the Operator's equivalent of The Force, and Chris is a seventh dan Jedi.
