2002 Honda Accord EX 5-speed upper radiator hose replacement.
I was driving down the road and had the infamous white steam out of the hood experience. Luckily it was a $20 hose at Advance I bought to replace my 197k mile, 18 year hose!
I will note the engine temperature got MUCH hotter than I would've liked pulling into my driveway. Luckily I drive a manual so I had it in neutral every second I could. Had it reached a temp I was not comfortable with, I would've pulled over again and filled the radiator up enough to get home.
Every car has their own hose. Call a local parts store, and/or use your internet searching skills to find yours. This is a VERY easy job, but I know people that couldn't do this on their own and it would be a shame if you took you car to a dealership for something like this! Try it; you can do it!
Most important: let your car FULLY cool down before starting the replacement! Make sure you check your radiator/coolant level a few times over the next few days after doing this to make sure everything is where it should be. NEVER, ever, ever drive without coolant!
Good luck!

Thanks, Durk! I'm such a "non-mechanic". I just changed the hose on my Honda Accord 200 SE, 380,000 miles ;) :) :) I want to change preveniently the lower hose. Is there a video for that?

Hey Elvin! Sorry, I don’t have a lower hose video, but I’m sure they’re all over the internet. Basically, drain the coolant, unclip each end, and replace. Fill it back up with coolant, bleed the air, and you’re good! Good luck!

Should you drain the coolant before replacing the upper hose?

Yes. If you don’t it’s not the end of the world, but you’ll drain everything down to the hose port in the radiator. You’ll be surprised how much comes out. Make sure you put a drain pain under you. Mine leaked on the way home after I discovered the leak, so I pushed the remaining fluid in the leaking hose, into the engine block. Push what you can into the engine, disconnect one side, push what you can in, and swap it out. It’s super easy. Just have new fluid to put in after. Make sure you get the air out of the line and check it a few times over the next few days. Good luck!

I hope it stayed in the pants. Bad when it gets on the seat too. I assume, because that is what your opening sentences said. Literally. I avoid saying anything embarassing I am always at that risk. I have had radiator issues engine overheating for 5 days. Almost could blow head fasket temps and no one can figure why weep hole on Pump is flowing and the water still wont go through thermostat, and new one too, both passed tests by boilng water and opened easily. Top hose real hot and lower hise luke warm. Radiator has quick heat up and boil in a few minutes with cap off. Purtting cap on it goes right down and keeps the temp gauge perfect, but was gauge does rise to top when water level gets down from outflow of weep hole the 99 Camry, Most is prices at >$800 for the few parts and labor + Belt and Pump and 2 idlers. A 5hr job by most mechs with experience and a real shop. Parts are cheap 100 to $200, Toyota is200 for pump & velt but @@200 for the silly ideler and tension pulley. More than I can dig up 1/3 of car value, and this is just a simple maint. deal???

Should have burped the system and you cheaped out on fluid by not draining the radiator and doing a refill. I wouldn't treat my Honda like this.

Burped it the best I could, and I had done a flush on it in the past, it wasn’t soon enough to do another. A leak doesn’t warrant flushing the system. I’m glad you treat your Honda well:)
