i just discovered these videos and love them. i think my favorite thing is the understated fitness wear the instructors are wearing. it is really modest and respectful of the body.

Finally! I Pilates work out I can do without killing myself! I have a terrible arthritic knee but I can do this! :) Thanks so much! I will be saving this one for sure if I revamp it just a little.

Excellent for the arms! I only have a resistance tube... it's not so easy to use it, but it's possible and you can work the arms very hard! :)

Hi, it varies from exercise to exercise. And the purpose also varies. Mainly it is either to facilitate either the exercise or the person doing the exercise. But for the most part it is to inhale to prepare and exhale to properly squeeze the abdominals squeeze. This probably makes no sense in a comment on youtube. Your best bet is take a private lesson with a trained professional (not someone who only took a weekend certification).

These workouts are for healthy people to stretch and strengthen in a balanced way. If you are in pain it is recommended to see your primary care person- physician, chiropractor, or naturopath and then go from there.
