I made this cake for Easter and since the cake picked up a bunch of compliments I decided to make it again and share with you this great recipe. Rafaelo cake is made in about 10-15 minutes, very easy and the taste is wonderful. It is creamy and very fine.
INGREDIENTS
500 ml sweet sour cream
400 g sour cream
150 g of powdered sugar (you can increase the amount of sugar to taste)
Divide the mixture into two parts
Add in one portion
200 g of ground biscuits
And in the other 100 g of melted white chocolate
and 200 g of coconut
You will need about 150 ml of milk and about a dozen biscuits to cover the bottom of the mold. I used petit Turkish biscuits and you can also use plain petit, plasma biscuits or biscuits.
Decorate with a little sweet sour cream that you separated on the side and with a little coconut.
