I just don’t understand the appeal of this watch, or why anyone would shell out in excess of £63k to own it. But it’d be a dull world if we all liked the same thing.

Because every watch is 2 to 3 years of R&D, then as they are handmade, they probably make like 20 to 40 movements per month, for their entire collection. Add up all cost + profit (and demands also) then here the high price reason. If you compare with Rolex ❤️ , they’re using the same movement on their main collections. Just change colour, material, dial, then increase price. Even more profitable
