I graduated boot camp back at the end of September and we were the test group for the planks! I was obviously boot camp fit so I was very easily able to pass my PRT. I didn't know we were able to have all these alternate things!! That's great information to know! Thanks for the video!

Yes, the first time I got on the bike, it was a nightmare. I had no clue what I was doing. Now it's my go to for cardio. My body has changed so much over the course of my career (11 yrs) plus getting older in age. Adulthood is sneaky.

That 1st minute spoke VOLUMES. The elliptical is discontinued, but you can use the row machine replaced it as a new alternate cardio. I wonder how those planks are going to feel next cycle.😅

Wow. You get to pick an alternative cardio event for the Navy PT test? And you get to wear headphones too if you want to? Awww man! I can definitely tell you for a fact that you DON'T get those options in the Army. In the Air Force, I think you can wear headphones during the run....but you can't pick an alternative to the run. Wow, sis. And I originally wanted to join the Navy....but at the time I had too many dependents & they denied my waiver so....ARMY

My best run time was 7:25! 15 mins is so long to run a mile and a half..

Bruh...Army pt, you have to run 2 miles, unless you have a medical profile stating you cannot.
