Two ² Weeks ; “Simplicity Brings Consistency” • Meditation for 13 Minutes • Gym / anything Physical Daily • Have Perfect / Good Diet • Daily Cardio • Deep Work 2hrs a day • Talk to a Stranger • Wake up Before 7 AM & • Sleep 8 Hours A Day. 1. I'll do it after Fajr Prayer 2. Don't have gym but bodyweight exercises for me now 3. Self-explanatory! 4. Run, Hilt, or Skipping ect. 5. Work 90mins then take 5-10 minutes BREAK & then continue again with 90mins. 6. (Yeah... I'll skip this for now.) 7. Me who's sleep deprived and prays Tahadjud be like; 😎 8. Yeah.... I'll try my best to get that!/:

what’s your thoughts on sleeping by calculating sleep cycles? for me it would mean i would get 30 min less sleep but feel more awake?
