丹陽也是很善良的，她紅眼含淚的時候，我也想哭了（誰能接受自己丈夫有私生子），但那孩子也是五爺的孩子（稚子無辜，讓五爺多去照看鳳卿），同樣出生高貴的喬蓮房，對諄哥卻是百般陷害甚至是利用，兩個人都心高氣傲但內心素質卻截然不同。

因為喬蓮房是中了元娘的算計才會成為妾室，所以他把怨氣報復在諄哥身上。同樣是侯爺的孩子，喬蓮房可沒有對諭哥做過些什麼

I love Shiyi....she has such a good heart.....even though Danyang didn't treat her well when she first married into the family she still risked everything to protect her and the baby. I'm glad she was able to talk some sense into Danyang....now she can protect herself against Lianfang.....LOVE...LOVE....LOVE the slap....well deserved

我說真的，何泓珊演技不錯但台詞功底很不行，重音擺放的位置很怪，聽她講話會出戲，但開靜音又覺得這演員很有魅力(臉蛋、表情)，跟丹陽演對手戲那段最明顯

I love how they realised their mistakes and apologised instead of brought it up which can cause fighting and misery in their relationship. Sometimes to ignore and forgive bring happiness later on.

On the one hand it's sad that he cannot acknowledge his son but his son will have a happy life with a good mother and will stay in the family. I think it's a little unfair that the kept saying he shirked responsibility when he didn't know he had a son until the child came to the manor. The Marquis made the decision to claim the child as his own.

Well it's his mother's fault for sending the woman away without finding out why she came to the Xu manor in the first place. If she had done her job instead trying to cover up her son's indiscretions things might've ended differently. I agree...he never knew about the girl because of his mother....so he didn't turn his back on his son. Unfortunately Lingyi didn't have a choice but to accept the child as his own because they were trying to prevent her father from finding out....they knew the consequences behind him knowing the truth...he didn't know the Ou family was behind the sudden reveal...he thought they contained the information but the Ou family was one step ahead of them. Lingyi thought he was doing the right thing...and protecting his brother's marriage.

@@shontelagrone8713 the woman didn't tell mother she was pregnant, her and brother only came looking for money or they were going mess up his upcoming marriage. Even though the mother sent them away, they didn't do anything with the money but squander it away, the child was dirty and starving. If the Ou family would have stopped their illegal activities and left the Xu family alone things would have ended differently but they kept plotting and losing until they got what they deserved. The best thing that happened to the Marquis was marrying Shiyi, that mother of his had him with concubines he never wanted. I felt so bad for him because that family put so much pressure on him to save the family instead of spoiling that other son she should have made sure he would be a competent man as well. If the Ou family would have succeeded in killing the Marquis that family was doomed.
