@@QueeshaMaree to an ounce of oil start off by adding 10 to 15 drops of peppermint oil. Do a patch test on your scalp making sure no adverse reactions. You can do a hot oil treatment using olive oil, peppermint, rosemary, ylang. I use to rinse my hair with warm water prior to shampooing then and 5 drops of peppermint/rosemary and 3 drops of ylang to a carrier oil, after applying to my scalp and hair use a plastic bag and a hot towel heated from the dryer. Let it sit for 15 min then shampoo and condition. I'm dandruff free and no longer have use for these practices.

I love using aloe vera juice! I recently uploaded a video about it.

I'm all for helping Mom and Pop businesses of any color if their products are great quality...they also have to have integrity and be customer driven, then their business will grow by word of mouth. :-)

I love them. I live in Durham (the city where the physical location is) and I've gotten custom products made. Very expensive but definitely worth it.

it does not have to be put in the fridge. I had a gallon of this same aloe vera juice for a semester without refrigerating

Do you keep it in the fridge? I just made a moisture mix with rice water(a tiny bit),jbco,evoo,water and I keep it in the fridge but Its inconvenient and I'm wondering if you keep it our of the fridge

Hi Debby Dee ... yes I keep the mixture in the ridge. I used a travel size spray bottle which normal last about a week. Anything after a week I do trash. Never tried rice water mixture. But either way ... keep in the fridge.

Rhonda Goodrum how does it do on your hair? Does your hair stay moisturized for over a day?

I use it daily . I have very course dry hair . So I put it on semi dry clean hair working it in and massaging on my scalp . I ussaullly spray it in . Even on days I don't shampoo. I do cheat a bit. On days I don't wash I will spray on lightly and use the fruit of the earth clear aloe Vera gel on top of it to sort of seal the shaft. I could see the gel getting kind of flaky if I used too much. I have seen people who use the gel straight from the leaf sometimes have this problem. Fruit of the earth is a bit deceptive in that there gel says it's 100 percent gel. Well it is 100 percent gel but it is made from aloe juice and a thickener if you read the ingredients. I consider it more like a hair gel for my purpose or a sealant. I use the gel on my face for the same purpose when not wearing makeup.

I never heard of the powder version-good to know. Do you know exactly where I can get it please? Thanks

I haven't noticed a change in curl pattern, just that it helps my hair stay hydrated when used with my other products :)

How did the rice water go

If you do a quick 24 hour fermenting of the rice (where it doesnt stink), and plan to leave the rice water in like some people, mix it half and half!!! Half aloe juice and half rice water! Mega hair growth and no protein overload cuz of the aloe!
