This tutorial is based on a viewer request, we'll be showing you how to rig and animate sci-fi landing gear in Unreal Engine using morph targets. We'll begin by setting up the morph targets for the landing gear, and then move on to rigging the gear using bones and constraints. We'll also demonstrate how to use the animation blueprints in Unreal Engine to create the final animation for the landing gear. By the end of the video, you'll have a solid understanding of how to create convincing and realistic animations in Unreal Engine using morph targets.

Great video! I'm trying to rig a car door that opens in scissor fashion like a Lamborghini. There is a hydraulic cylinder that's visible & I need it to move properly when the door is opened & closed. Can you do a tutorial on how to rig that?

Thank you for this Mr. Barrett, Do you know of a way to import an audio clip into the sequencer and have it also update in real time so that we can sync our MT’s with the audio clip?

Question, in UE5 is there a way for an animator to control which sprite is used in an Atlas? For example, is there a way for the animator to control/keyframe which sprite they want to use in the atlas and possibly edit the keyframes in Sequencer?

You can manipulate your UV-s to show only part of the texture and control that with parameters. Similar of how the UVs are controlled in the last 2 tutorials (Minimap & UI parallax).
