You can try pulling out the cameo tray and putting a flat surface on top (like a cutting mat), that might prevent you needing to pull it up every time

do you know how to do it without pepakura dxf files? I have some studio3 files that came with my papercraft but I want to try doing it without it for the future when I do papercraft ones that don't come with studio3 files or scanlines. Any ideas on how to insolate the cuts? I convert the pdf into png and import the page into studio designer, but im having a hard time figuring out how to isolate it. I had cricut previously and their white removal was pretty good. cant find the same way for silhouette though. Also my portrait 3 isn't cutting through heavy 100 lb cardstock. I set the knife to 10 and highest force and made 6 passes and its still didn't cut through
