I love Cajuns. Two of my Daughters are cajuns. One is Kin to Carlos Marcello's My Oldest Micheal Daughter , her Vincent own a resturant in NEW ORLEANS, ITALIAN

Why is Cajun culture so hidden in the US, as if some people purposely are hidding it and don't want it to be revealed. Maybe because it's somewhat a French culture, and Anglo Americans hate French. But Cajun culture is the most interesting America's sub-culture. almost all Cajun men are comedians, and Cajuns are very funny and friendly peoole, and their food is the best.
