David, I like you don't prescribe any one format to present your research since every company and group is different. The point of it being to influence individuals in your company, I love that. It sound so basic, but it's so true.

Thanks for sharing your knowledge @David Travis in this video, in every organisation I face a problem of ordering the presentation (topics) and every UX Manager wants to some changes in this order. Could you highlight some suggestions or references for good UX research analysis presentations?

I've also faced this. And I would like to know what to include in the research report. I include research goals, methods, participant info, key findings, screenshots, videos, recommendations. Suggest anything else?
