**One of the greatest gifts you can give a celebrity is the gift of a regular conversation.** I realized this after having gone to countless Comicons since 2002. In the beginning I didn't know how to approach them and twice I fangirled to the point I hardly spoke....which I could soon tell was very unpleasant for myself and the two celebrities. After that, I started to put myself in their shoes. How would I want to be approached if I was a celebrity? Definitely NOT the way I had approached the first two celebrities. The following year we attended another Comicon but this time I was prepared. This time I connected on a "mom" level. I knew the celebrity we chose to meet was a new mom so she and I would speak about our kids...and that is exactly what we did. The conversation was an easy one. We shared our tips and tricks to take care of our kids...and it was a delightful little chat. The next time we went to a comicon, it was after Christmas. During Christmas, our extended family has many members so I found a new way to sign our Christmas cards...and funnily enough it's an ice-breaker with many of the celebs we meet even today. When they sign an autograph and ask who to make it out to, I can answer with "The (insert family name) 4". Before they even start to sign their autograph they look up and smile at us. I follow up with "We are the (insert family name) and we are 4!". Over time as I got more comfortable sharing a laugh or two with them over that, then I started to ask them if they got a chance to see the city while they were in town. Many have thanked us for asking them regular questions or offering places to check out while they were staying in the city for their appearances. So I ask myself in the case of idols....wouldn't they also want to have a conversation rather than being screamed at, pushed, taken constant photos of, harassed, hounded. Even online in a LIVE video. You have access to the idol via a LIVE, they are speaking to you in REAL TIME...but all the posts are dedicated to emoji swarms, "I LOVE YOU", "MARRY ME" or the same post sent multiple times...and no real conversation....Wouldn't that be the PRIME opportunity to actually carry on a conversation? They are in a room, have down time, want to connect WITH their fans...and instead they get talked over... and shouted at... instead of having actual conversations. Some have even tried to start a conversation...."How are you all doing today?"..."Did you do anything fun?" I also think it's why many of the idols will bring others to their room so they have actually someone to have a conversation with. No one asks them questions or starts a conversation so they need to find it elsewhere...then you find yourself in a LIVE where the idols are busy with each other and hardly look at the LIVE chatter. I feel if people approached idols differently, (like normal everyday conversation) it may mean a more pleasant experience for everyone involved. Maybe...one day. Love and Light!! :)

Dave you are absolutely right, this pattern of super thin idols is worrying because in addition to the obvious physical health problems, it can lead to eating disorders and depression. These crazed fans have no respect for space and the artist's personal life. Unfortunately it's the price of fame. Nothing wrong with V's weight. He does not need to lose weight, nor voice lessons. People have become quite bold in comments towards BTS, like they aren't real people. Why can't these hateful people just focus on the people they like or admire and just keep the hate to themselves?!!

The scale photo and where he said he didn't have much strength was almost a year ago. I read the W Korea article this year and the only mention of diet was one line where he said "Should I diet?" and he didn't metion nor was he asked about his strength lacking due to dieting.

I had a really visceral reaction to seeing that clip where V hair was pulled by that person. It hurt my heart to see that 😢. Although I am happy he was not seriously hurt I am angry that this happened at all. I think the organizers should have put better crowd control systems in place, especially since it was evident even from the day before that Vs attendance at the event was drawing very large crowds. Damned if you doh damned if you don't. There are persons who criticise either way. In the very visual segment of the entertainment industry its like a necessary hazard. But I hope V has reliable persons to advice and monitor his dieting as over dieting could result in health complications. All the dating and personal questions were so out of place for that event. It's like a regular person going out to a job interview but when they get there the interviewer proceeds to ask them a bunch of questions about their sex life instead of about the job. Why not enjoy being at the event with the artiste and looking at or purchasing the merchandise he is there to promote. Take some photos and enjoy the moment instead of being borderline creepy with all the personal questions 😒.I get that some people have a burning desire to know, but do they get he does not owe them every last ounce of his privacy. Sigh. Hope V has a pleasant trip back home.

Im in shock how people don't know to keep distance and boundaries from the idols the supposedly love. If you love your idol please don't make him/her uncomfortable especially when he/she is visiting your country instead of making him/her have unforgettable memories and wish to coming back again. Although he has his personal bodyguards to acompany and escort him while traveling, it was the duty of Celine's event organizers to have extra police or bodyguards from their end to control the crowd to ensure Taehyung's safety. The rest of the world is not as crazy about specific looks like south korea is. Tae was always on the skinny side, but seeing him now, he is too thin for a young adult male. His dieting is a result of such unrealistic standards of high fashion brands that he represents. He looks stunning in all his photos, but we would not mind if he had a few more kilos. I hope he doesn't go too far following that starved anorecsic model look that is in demand nowadays. As for the latest Japan Celine event, I always praised Japanese fans and their behaviour. Touching anyone without permission is disgusting, and that woman killed Tae's beautiful calm radiant demeanor he came with. No excitement can justify acts like that, if you are hysterical and can't control yourself, seek help or don't go out of your basement.

Taehyung weight, The man knows how he feels. I don't think he would put himself in danger while dieting. But, we will be seeing a buff Taehyung by next year. He will be eating 3 meals a day for sure. There is this thing in psychology how birth order effects the character developement of individuals. V and Jungkook always acted more like the babies of a family. Do you remember the scene where V called Jungkook older brother, and when that was queried Jungkook seriously said he was better at being the older brother. There is an anarchic part of Vs personality that has always made him interesting. He has not controlled himself. When he is in that mood the older brothers have controlled him to his disgust. Do you remember the bit where V was hanging out of the convertible too dangerously far and (I think) it was Jin who in response to him not listening, resorted to grabbing a firm hold of the back of Vs hair and not letting go. We rarely get to see more than snippets of things like this. We only see the less problematic behaviour of a truely creative and innovative personality. The positive side of this is he often came up with creative ideas unexpectedly like the meaning of the colour purple. The most creative vocal adlibs etc. At the moment V does not have the balancing characters of the group. V is quite clever, you can see that, but he needs someone gentle like his grandmother to unconditionaly love him and give him a reason to exert a little more positive self control and care.

1. I hangout with one friend versus hanging out with a group… is simply hanging out, it doesn’t mean dating…maybe he is-maybe he is not. 2. Korean are small boned normally, so don’t compare your proper weight to Korean’s weight. I am 5’1”, very small boned-I have weighed 110lbs smallest, 120lbs average, 145lbs largest. 3. No one should get within their arm distance(3ft), actually no one should be get closer than/within arm distance of their surroundings security guards.
