that's actually a pretty interesting single cam (almost literally) setup. I can tell there's an intake side to it, but is there an exhaust side to it as well? I'm curious as to how the used air gets expelled from the motor. maybe it leaks past the piston through the cylinder and into the crankcase. . .jk

Actually I thought about this idea, but for standalone operation it is needed a lightweight and powerful (and possibly compact) source of compressed air - air balloon is not quite good for it :)

PD Tech it wouldn't work / add any power because 1. There's no exhaust in this model 2. If there would be, the air that is getting out would be under lower pressure than the feeding air so you'll never get more power.

W T M L Ø N that is true. The turbo charger is also used to get more air into the top of the cylinders, increasing combustion power, and since this uses only air, it would be useless. The turbo would probably have lower compression than my friend’s RX-7 smh.
