its an early 4th generation Camaro build from 1993-1997 with the 350Cubic Inch (5.7Liter) LT1 engine. Think the Race Car ist from the Trans Am series.

Lovely cars, both nice, but hey, check out the video "Chevrolet Camaro Drift Yvan Muller" (power sliding a ZL1), you won't like the time mark 2:55 and it worries me to see such a thing happen on a 580 hp ZL1...
