Nice video, gotta hate all those roaches! Glacier Bay faucets quality has gone way down.

Thanks. I love roaches compared to bedbugs. Haha 😂 I’ve never liked glacier bay shower valves. Not sure what’s going on with the faucets.

a few months ago I filed an eviction on a lady who was just a real pain. Dirty, and just destroyed the unit. She came with it when I bought it. While eviction process was taking place she called the Health Department and they LET ME UP on all kinds of stuff. Screen windows, power lines, just all kinds of stuff. It was a real pain in the ass.

Eviction is never fun. Sounds like this situation. This house wasn’t terrible just a lot of roaches. I want nothing to do with code enforcement or the health department. They make a landlords hard job even harder.

Why was the former tenant upset? I couldn't make out what he was saying. If he should be upset, he should be upset about the amount of cockroaches and weed in the toilet tank.

I couldn’t add the clip of him talking. He was using some very strong language. Haha upset about repairs not being done or something. Not sure of exact situation. I just informed him I’m just here doing my list.
