@@emilyche1101 He meant that he could not handle watching someone embarrass themselves more than twice. Hence 'I'm a two striker'. A strike is a baseball reference.

@@emilyche1101 English is also my second language, but from what I understand it has something to do with the ammount of offenses Pierce has comitted in his life. He is a two striker so he has comitted 2 offenses, if he would be invloved in a third one it would make him a fellon. If Abed approached Jenny as a vampire she could call the police haha. I'm not sure though, maybe a native speaker can back me up?

I think it is also because people usually get three strikes / three attempts, again, a reference to baseball. But he is only a two-striker.
