This is pure perfection. Her acting, the writing, the rat pack, the undependable narrator. It's one of the best texts from the WoD books come to live, acted out in front of our very eyes. Ramona is so. Freaking. Perfect. When she started to speak about the Anarch Movement in the end, I legitimately has goosebumps.

I'd only ever seen the actress on Arrow like 5 years ago and didn't even know her name, but I immediately recognized her voice and attitude and that's f'n awesome! (I listen to these at work and don't actually watch them, so I didn't see her face until much later when I finished work)

My favorite guest performances of Season 1 Disclaimer: I know X is technically a guest as well, but I just can’t think of him this way, to me he’s part of the coterie, so not including his awesome act here. #5 Bex Taylor-Klaus as Ramona Possibly the main reason this girl is not higher on the list is because she got a mission that is simply impossible to live up to under the known laws of physics. Ramona was cool AF long before Bex took on this Herculean task of impersonating her, making every tiny detail that felt off work against her. And when I say “off” I don’t even mean it in any objective sense, just whatever I or anyone imagined this character to be in our own heads. Given all this, I think noone would argue she’s done as great a job as anyone could. #4 Mark Meer as Chaz Some people might say this character lacks nuance and is a little too overexaggerated, but I always found that there is something very compelling about an over-the-top villian. He’s Jafar from Alladin or Scar from Lion King, he’s Terry Silver from Karate Kid, he’s... well, I guess Joffrey Baratheon from one obscure show nobody probably heard about. The point is, Mark does an awesome job of presenting the most punchable face in the universe, someone you immideately love to hate from the word “Go!” and every plot needs a bad guy like this. 3# Jessica Chobot as Victoria Ashe If Chaz is this series’ Joffrey then Victoria is beyond doubt its Cercei. She’s so exquisitely bitchy and evil that 5 minutes in you already can’t help but wish to close your fingers on her throat and start squeezing! And her facial features looking as if sculpted by some artistic genious of the Renessance Era, that works surprisingly well to make you hate her even more. 2# Taliesin Jaffe as Carver I’m not exactly sure why according to the comment section this guy is considered to be the main celebrity here. What I do know is that 1,5 times he appered this season he absolutely killed it! If International Bureau of Weights and Measures ever needs a perfect standard for what a Bruja is, they should make a replica of this guy. He’s character Carver just embodies and highlights everything that is good and also problematic about this clan, and hell yeah he does it in style. 1# Noura Ibrahim as Ib Can we just agree that the way this woman’s talents aren’t yet used by any big studios is a crime against the art of cinematography?! Other people on this list nail archetypes and emotions - she nails the overtones to those, she nails the whole bouquet up to the very aftertaste in your mouth. And yeah, the fact that her Ib lookes like an edgier sharper fighting version of Salma Hayek or even young Monica Belucci - that does not hurt one bit as well. I don’t know about you guys, but I want to see this girl in an A-class high budget TV show, like, tommorow!

I know I'm late in commenting on this but I fell waay behind in watching the season 1 episodes and I wanted to have seen all of the episodes before watching the recap. I LOVED IT...that was awesome that it was done in-character by Ramona and the Rat Pack. :D Hope this newest season's recap is done the same way!! And like some of the other comments on here I too would love additional episodes of any type featuring Ramona.

Absolutely fantastic series, the cast was amazing, i came across this by pure chance. Was first introduced to the world of darkness with "The Masquerade Redemption" ended up buying the rpg books on the strength of the game (with no intention of ever playing the table top rpg). Searched youtube for the masquerade to find out what happened to the half forgotten White Wolf MMO and discovered this. I have been using this series like an audio book whilst painting miniatures; Well that was the intention but every time Jason Carl took the role of a npc i would find my self stopping and fixated with the screen, the gentleman is truly gifted.
