The mountains may help your mental health, but you should know that, for people like me who can no longer hike and climb, the effect is just the same. The drone shots on this one are superb - they evoke feelings I thought forever lost, and a sense of peace that I need very much. And I'm very grateful Mr Forest.

I am so ashamed! I have a sewing room, a wonderful sewing machine and a 4 thread serger and I just cannot seem to get motivated to work on my projects. And Foresty, who is truly a man of so many talents, hems his new hiking pants, climbs a mountain with precious side-kick Rocco and makes a most sumptuous meal in his van! I never fail to be impressed by this wonderful treasure of a man! You two are my favorite mountain goats and I am always so happy to see a notification pop up when you post! If you started a book club, I would join that, too! Thank you for sharing your adventures with us! They never get old! You two take care out there and be safe! ❤😊👍🏻🐶

Lol...nothing boring about you, Foresty! Btw...my hubby took up quilting when he retired...fitting for and engineer who excels at math...he also cooks, bakes makes wooden toys/furniture, rides a bike, flys a powered parachute, and grows his favorite fruits. (I on the other hand, shoot guns, fish, camp, and taught our 4 sons these skills plus how to mend, clean, do laundry,cook, etc) kind of a backwards 'Leave it to Beaver' type family.

Learned to sew many years ago, on my Grandmother's treadle machine. Later in life, bought my first electric version. Since I retired I bought one with all the bells & whistles. It's a skill that I've never regretted learning. Hemmed many a pair of pants, myself, too!

I always enjoy the sections with gorgeous scenery set to peaceful music and a bit of feet crunching on snow or flowing water in the background. I could meditate to a compilation video of clips like that. Please consider making at least one. You are showing us places that 99.9% of us will never see. It would be a beautiful project if some of them were gathered together in videos. Maybe to celebrate your 200th Summit, coming up soon?

I have a pacemaker...just had my battery replaced with my new lithium battery.." Oh Boy!" 😆Lol! My physician ,said stay away from high velocity sewing machines! @alan4sure @TheresaPowers respectfully, I’m pretty sure I can call myself whatever I please. That said, my abuelita (rest her soul) was a “seamstress” in that she did alterations, repaired garments and made dresses and clothing for a living. Historically, a “seamstress” tailor or dress maker do their craft to earn a living. I very much respect, admire and look up to folks that are called “seamstress”…that which I am not. I’ve been sewing for over 30+ years. I do not do alterations for people. I do not make clothing for people. My work is commission based with a focus on utilitarian wares. In my art community we say “sewist” in which we combine sew with artist. It’s okay to call myself what I have earned to be called. Wishing you a wonderful weekend ahead!

Hi Forest, I do hope you read this one! At 7.14 in your video there is an image of the two of you, Sunlight in front of you, you looking at the mountain in front and Rocko , on a rock, with her doggles, looking up at you, there is a ring light all around you and it is a SPECTACULAR Image! You can enter it in an Image bank or use if for an advert and generate some income from it. That can also be used by you as it identifies who you both are in one Image, Really this image will catch everyones eye, Breathtaking attitude the top of a mountain. wow made my day seeing an image like this Thanks!
