Awesome point made that Vans was true to form, honest, and led with integrity in admitting an issue. That's good long term business strategy and more importantly, its the right thing to do. Well done.

@@bbmoroski9396 , Yeap. Old news at this point. Still an opportunity for the right thing...harder question is, what is the right thing to do? Either way, what is 100% clear is that its far easier to do the cheap/short term strategy which I doubt aligns with what is "100% right".

I'd be first in line for that! I don't see a 6 place as a 6 person machine. I look at it as a 4 place with actual luggage capability. I'm actually hoping they do something with Lycoming's ie2.

Thanks guys, that helps clear up why I have a 12 month plus wait on the RV7 QB kit..... my fourth build😂. I decided after building 3 sets of RV wings I don’t need to learn anymore from them .

I’m not in a big hurry as I’m completing the engine fit up on the 12 and want to fly that for a bit before building again

The Glasair Sportman doesn't have any competition in its class. If Vans builds a 4-seat highwing that flies almost as fast as the RV10, hauls just as much weight, many people will buy it.
