I love Washington weather. Do you know of any tiny home communities around that area? Plus any medical facilities?

There are multiple medical facilities throughout SWWA. You have community hospitals in Longview, two hospitals in Vancouver, and multiple throughout the Portland metro area. In addition, there's numerous other clinics all throughout the area. The only tiny home communities I'm aware of in SWWA are low income housing and homeless transitional housing communities.

Damn dude, why aren't you moving out to Idaho where septic tanks and wells are the provenance of the land owner, rather than a municipal system that has to be maintained?

I do love Idaho, my mom is originally from Kellogg and I've got family out by Boise, so I've been able to spend some time in both those areas. As much as I love Idaho and Montana, I love this part of Washington too much to leave permanently. If it weren't for Washington's politics, it would be damn near perfect.

Homeless are coming over the bridge from Portland now that Mayor Wheeler is enforcing anti camping rules. We are seeing much more homeless and drugs now in the riverfront and downtown. Vancouver is about to fall apart thanks to Portland!

Sounds like Vancouver needs to enforce the same anti camping rules if they want to prevent the Riverfront and downtown from looking like Portland. Honestly, as I consider moving to Clark County to retire, it's my only concern. Weather, politics, traffic, drivers, cost of living, night life and even natural disasters which doesn't concern me. It's Vancouver turning into a Portland and Seattle taken over by homeless camps. That concerns me. I live just outside of Seattle and it's a disgrace. I know. I live just outside of Seattle.

@@nutritioncoachjo Then stay away from Vancouver, WA. It's getting bad. We didnt ever want to move, but it's the next Portland: with tents and homeless and thefts.
