You will need heavy cream And condensed milk and vanilla extract First whip the heavy cream with a whisk or a electric mixer and whip it until it gets a bit fluffy and that’s called soft peaks Next add the condensed milk and whip it up now u will have a bit of stiff peaks Next add vanilla and mix it and freeze it for 2 or 5 hours or overnight and enjoy I hope this helps
