3-4 months to completely change the body is insane! Wish I could afford a guy like him FML 😭

A minor typo: in the calendar for Chloë Grace Moretz, the number of days for April and May are interchanged, 31 and 30 respectively instead of 30 and 31. Other than that, an excellent video which I'm bookmarking for future reference.

@@chaitanya15031985 Thanks, but I might not have noticed it if the months hadn't started on the correct days. That produced an overlap and gap, and the physical pattern is more noticeable than if it had just been numbers.

Wait but how exactly did he get to train celebrities? Did one celebrity just trained with him and liked it and said “ you know what? Imma recommend you to other celebrities “ and that’s how he got to train more and more celebrities?

@@kalebb9212 I'm not saying all of these actors were roided up, but a normal person can't put on 40lbs of lean mass in 12 weeks un-assisted. 12 weeks is much too short for that kind of progress for a normal person. It would just be nice for more openness. The actors who just needed to lean up may not have been on them.

@@kalebb9212 There are diminishing returns on gaining muscle, and there is a clear limit for people that don't use PEDs. Doesn't matter how good your training and diet is. 40lbs of lean mass in 12 weeks is 100% impossible without assistance, even if you have insane genetics.

Having an exercise science degree and working in nutrition research and as a personal trainer, he is only partially correct when talking about diet. I disagree with him saying that the body is inefficient at using carbohydrates if not already lean and the way to cut body fat is to cut carbs. I disagree. The way to cut body fat is to be in a caloric deficit, however you create that deficit is up to you.

Not that easy. At all. Even celebrities get lipo and plastic surgery because they cant get there weight down. I have a bad back and I used to be a runner. Now I'm older and menopause (hormones) is kicking my butt. That's why you dont see older women in these excercise commercials unless they are physically already fit.

If you're obese, your best exercise will be a fork putdown. Weight loss is 90% diet. Bump up your protein, cut out processed foods including all sugar and refined carbs, you *will* lose body fat, irrespective of your exercise routine (although I'd also recommend lifting heavy things).
