So my sister gave me her old Stylo to use as a work phone but she failed to mention she still had her google account connected to it. This video was a lifesaver! It actually worked!!

I reset my phone last night and became aware that I did not know the Google Account information necessary to get back into the phone. I spent an hour at Radio Shack trying to get into the phone, I went to Boost Mobile and failed to get into the phone. I came home frustrated and saw your video. I was in the phone in less than 5 minutes. Thank you so much for your video and the help that you give the average NON-TECH person.
