Bars radiator stop leak definitely works. It worked on my car today. After adding bars, trying to get the car home had to keep shuting off the engine to prevent overheating, By the fourth time 😂 the leaked stopped and the temp gauge stayed in the normal position couldnt believe my eyes. Yes it works, well worth the $8+tax

I thought you were not supposed to install it through the coolant reservoir? It said to install through the radiator.

You are correct but if you are the owner of the Ford Transit you know that you don't have cap on the radiator itself so there's no other way to add the mixture other than coolant reservoir. It still went through the system so it doesn't change anything.

@@VasylGladun Remove the top radiator hose and pour it in there because the overflow does not circulate like the rest of the system does.

Some leaks are to large to repair with this solution. Would have been interesting to see a closeup shot of the issue with the radiator.

So you put water first or you put that then top it off with water ? 🤔

You put the mixture first and then add necessary antifreeze to the level, do not add water

I need to understand please, so you pour it right into the coolant reservoir is that right? If so, please how is the extra removed from the system? New subscribers here and thank you for the video

You don't have to take anything extra out of the system. Extra stuff supposedly spreads evenly through the whole coolant system without plugging anything unnecessary.

And technically you have to pour it straight into radiator. In my case I don't have radiator cap so I improvised. Some guys saying I should've removed the hose and pour it into the radiator that way, but I don't see how that would make the difference since the hose location was still below the leaking spot.

It's got to be put directly into to radiator hose ,not the resivore tank

What happened with your vehicle? Just wondering. I am searching for a solution for very minor (at this point) a water pump seal leak. On my vehicle, the pump runs off the timing belt, which is a very expensive repair.

I end up replacing my radiator so it's a little bit different issue than you have. You might want to dig a little more what could work better for your situation, copper based filler or aluminum based filler.
