I CANNOT get the lock handle to work, in spite of getting a new handle. Looked at videos and everything. Dumps water and will not pick up dirty water. Help Cannot find a human VAX being to tell me what to do.

All this did was dump water all over my carpet and nothing came out of the hose, useless video
