The subtle new aspects M. Jaroussky brings in almost every concert are one of the things I especially appreciate here the small ornament at the end and some other nuances. It keeps the music incredibly alive, and me, listening, fully awake. And how the audience remains silent for so long ... well, in deep trance, not wanting the silence after this aria ever to end Wonderful.

Je trouve qu 'Andreas a une voix très différente de celle de Philippe Jaroussky bien qu'ils soient contre ténors tous les deux ( " contre ténors " ,par ailleurs est un mot qui m 'a toujours fait un peu marrer ; ça sonne comme " planquez vous ,les ténors, on arrive et on vous aime pas ! " 😂 Littéralement bien sûr sinon ça n 'aurait aucun sens ) Andreas me rappelle plutôt Tim Mead vocalement. Quand à Philippe Jaroussky, je dirais que c'est plutôt Alois Muhlbacher qui s 'en approche le plus

What a piece of beauty. I just saw the movie Elegy ( Cruz/Kingsley) and was immediately touched by he first tones of this beautiful piece of music. I am so happy that there's still so much to discover. I can recommend another wonderful piece of music by Vivaldi sung by Andreas Scholl : "Cessate, Omai, cessate" You will not regret it.
