Thank you very much for your insight and teaching Professor James. For everyone who is hesitant to do any one of these techniques, cause their afraid of physical contact. I would recommend signing up for boxing lessons, their you'll learn sparring, controlled fighting, and you'll gain confidence.

Another good video. Element of surprise, turn the bit in the horse's mouth and the horse will turn. Did & train in the shoulder turn in Silat, works well. Met these two wonderful gentlemen about 2 weeks ago at the Action Martial arts Mega event in Atlantic City, NJ: they walked in very humbly but you could feel there presence.

Mindset, technique,, application 👍 Professor David and Kenny you can include this as part of your tool kit,, Any of you lads and lasses need any advice regarding Gua Sha treatment, some does and don'ts b4 ,, during and after treatment. A recipe that was handed down over 400 years ago and included with that is the technique to apply.. I've no doubt all if not most of you need blood circulation improvement, trapped nerves and eventually slightly dislocated skeletal structure, anywhere at all. First mistake made is to allow them in your face n his body against yours! second mistake robotic type techniques that he's showing don't work in that fashion! try pressure testing and you'll seek the truth!

You might be but I seriously doubt it. In the real world, there isn't a perfect technique that will work every time and for everyone However, planning for a self-defense encounter is a hell of a lot better than not having any kind of plan. When a person has a plan and things don't go as expected the person who has been practicing a plan will have the ability to improvise and most likely be able to save themselves from a beating. Now with all of this that I just posted I'm going to ask where are your techniques that we can use in a self-defense situation?
