I am from Haryana and we have planted 70+ trees 🌳🌳 near our house🏠 in our field....we feel fresh cold air also in summer in night time when we open window of our house.....this is not fake. we have planted different kind of friuts trees like ❤🌳mango sweet lemon, orange,guava,banana etc.... respect button for nature❤🙏🏻 It is not for like purpose ❤

the cognitive part wasn't researched enough, because B12 comes from bacteria and not animals, we humans used to get B12 from water and roots/root veggies because the soil also had B12 producing bacteria but now we don't drink natural water and the soil quality is degraded now, and the animals that people eat are also fed B12 supplements because they don't produce a lot of B12 either. And vegans don't only get their B12 from supplements but also from nutritional yeast, some kinds of mushrooms, tempeh, fortified food, nori etc. and also that girl who died on a plant-based diet had an eating disorder called orthorexia and she became plant-eater to hide her eating disorder, she also didn't drink water for 6 years and she didn't cook her food either

अरे भाई खाने को तो इंसान का मांस भी खाया जा सकता है पर हमे अपना दिमाक भी उपयोग करना चाहिए की पेड़ पौधे आधारित भोजन ही हमे लेना चाहिए क्योंकि उसमे किसी दुसरे जीव को पीड़ा कम होती है और शरीर के लिए उपयोगी है सीधी सी बात है इसमें इतना क्या सोचना।।

Well, I am a Muslim non vegan, but I vote for ❤❤vegan food. I know it looks hypocritical, but I live in Pakistan, and we don't have many options for vegan food. Gaurav says that we should take both non-veg and veg in balance, but I think non-vegan food is connected with taking someone's life, separating parents from children, and many other forms of cruelty too. While vegan food is cruelty free and healthy too So i vote for vegan diet

@@princehamza890 Yes, it is available, but I say that we don't have many vegan options. I don't say that we have no options. For example, there are no dosa, phucka, idli, sambhar, veg pizza, bhail, or rajma chawal in Pakistan.Also when Pakistani people's make aloo, we does not just make aloo(potatoes) but makes aloo gosht or aloo(potato) chicken. Pakistani even don't make veg biryani; they either make gosht biryani or chicken biryani. Some people even add chicken to daal (lentils). We only have lentils, pulses, and some vegetables in vegan but some Pakistani even add beef or mutton to vegetables.

@@DrAhmad_ Well, I don't know why you doubt that I am not from Pakistani but you mentioned Dr. with your name and don't have basic knowledge. Yes, it is true that meat and chicken are complete proteins meaning they have all essential amino acids human body need.But Human meat also has all essential proteins so should we start eating humans too? Non-vegan food generally has all essentials protein but sometimes lacks lysine. However if we eat rice with any pulse or lentil we get all the amino acids our body requires. BUT Unfortunately, we Pakistanis don't see things that way and just stick to the idea that if Allah says to eat animals we should eat animals everyday however Allah just say If you feel like eating an animal someday not everyday than you may have it.Its not a sin.But We don't see the pain they go through and eat animals everyday 😞.WELL I am not blind or deaf I can hear animals and can feel their pain they go through

One correction, all vegetarians can naturally fulfill their b12 requirement by just drinking milk and other daily products. Just 250ml of milk contains 1.2mg of b12

Hi Gaurav, Hope you are doing well. I'm a very frequent watcher of your videos. I watched most of your videos. But this is the first time I'm commenting. 1st of all this topic was great and your overall efforts are mind-blowing to keep a perfect balance between veg and non veg. Great. I'm a veg and non veg eater from childhood because in my family we had both kind of food in equal ratio. So, starting from 2017 to 2019 end, for these 3 years me and my mother shifted to total vegetarian foods. But from 2020 again I started non veg. Because what I observed, lack of vitamins and energy in me and my mother's body. Specially for my mother. So, we visited the doctor and after consulting the conclusion was, we used to have nonveg food from the beginning and our body is made by those nutritions. So, only veg food is not able to fulfill the whole gap. If we want to stay healthy we also need non veg along with veg. Only veg or only non veg is not enough for our body. So, from this what I learnt that we need to have a proper balance between these 2 variants. Otherwise it can be a long term problem. Yeah, but 1 thing I must say after a certain age around 40 we should limit our red meat consumption, otherwise it can lead to a disaster. However, this is something my point of view and from me both are getting equal points. Both are necessary. However, Gaurav again thanks for all your videos and your efforts. Stamina improves with red meat & protein based diet though, that can't be disagreed. And don't forget non-veg includes all veg, all meat, & both mix irrespective of it's ratio diets, so not much problems if it's categorised as "non-veg".

I was a non veg eater. It's been 3 months since I shifted to veg diet. I'm telling my diet. I'm 65kg wt. I eat Paneer, Soya Bean and Mushrooms shuffling each day like two days Paneer then next two days Soya and vice versa with rice and daal during lunch. I drink sattu every week or eat nuts ( cashew, almonds and walnuts ) before going for morning walk. I eat either moong or masoor dal, every day during lunch or dinner and kele ke phool ki sabzi and red spinach sometimes. That's all. If you want to go for veg diet then you have to consume dairy products because you need equal protein to your body weight.

If anyone goes to the gym then you can make a shake with Sattu. Add jeera, salt and lemon with sattu water. You can also add by grinding pumpkin seeds, almonds and walnuts into the sattu powder. If you have low pressure then skip pumpkin seeds as it lowers blood pressure.

Well i see , Hybrid combination is good for diet I'm non-vegetarian i tried veg diet for 2 times for month to see effect on me the first time i did went completely wrong I become weak in a month i felt very tired, that's because in a non vegetarian home where meet was main source of nutrition food, we didn't get that good veg supplies, But the second i did it correctly got good diet ate fruits, There was no weakness nothing i was happier, calmer and stress free I could do things for long time, Yes i consumed egg for protein balance, then i again went to non veg, I experienced eating red meat does really make you feel strees, after eating it's feels very full. Eating Chicken, egg didn't have that type of feeling. Now again I'll try vegitarian If i could suggest a good diet it would be hybrid vegitarian diet with eggs and fish (personally i don't like them but in meat catagory they are the best to eat and they are far related to our species) eat good amount of fruits and raw veggies, to conclude take egg as usual if not possible go for some high protein, Suggestion For non-vegetarian: I see 80% veggies and 20% non-veg(chicken, fish) would be best by far , For vegitarian: add egg in you diet Open for suggestions

Virat kholi is a prime example of having a non veg diet his stomach started becoming more acidic which was causing weakness of bones and survivcal spine pain and he has to switch to vegetarian diet

It's not all true. I think the human body is more suitable for veg food only. Non-veg food was taken by those where enough veg was not available. 1. Humans have long intestines compared to non-veg eaters. Because the non-veg meat is start Rotten soo quickly as compared to the veg food hence small digestion cycle for carnivorous animals whereas we have long. 2. We humans have di-chromatic vision as compared to mono-chrimatic in case of non veg eaters. ie; we can see colours mostly for identification of fruits and nuts whereas non-veg eaters can only see black and white. 3. We have small canines as compared to non-veg eater animals where canines size of canines is 3 to 4 times all teeth. 4. We have an appendix in our body only found in herbivores animals. 5. Our jaws can move sideways to chewing our food whereas in non-veg eater animals jaw moment is only vertical for cutting and swallowing the meat. 5. We have salivary glands and our food starts to digest from the mouth and digestion continuously till it gets out of the body, whereas in non-veg eater animals digestion in the stomach only. 6. Veg food is suitable as we can eat them without cooking or adding spices whereas without spices and cooking no one is able to eat raw meat because it's not our food. Actually it's better for us humans, the environment and water if everyone shifted to veg because non-veg food required several times more litres of water to make an equal amount of food compared to veg. Vegetarian and veganism both are different thing. Vegetarian eat cheese,milk , and other dairy products for vitamin b12 but vegans don't eat dairy products. You should compare vegetarian and non-vegetarian not vegans.

SOURCE OF FOOD Bhaiya isme ek Important Disclaimer jaruri tha ki, Jo aaj ham vegetarian and non vegetarian food khate hai wo, jis environment me ugaya ya produce kiya jata hai wo important hai, Non Vegetarian - Aajkal milk and animals ko farm kiya jata hai jo natural nhi hai, upar se duniya bhar ke masale taste ke liye to natural ke aas paas bhi nhi hai. Upar se usme size bdhane ke liye chemicals ka use. Vegetarian me - Jo ghar ka khud se ugaya hua he best hai, Fruits and vegetables, Magar uske alawa Jo bhi hai rice, wheat, jo fixed diet hai agriculture practice ke karan use bhi, consider karna jaruri hai, and jo bahar milte hai Fruits and vegetables unko un natural bana diya gya hai, profits ke liye.

There is a guy in my class belongs from muslim community, consumes meat 4-5 days in a week and having sharp mind with good intelligence. Meanwhile, similarly there is my cousin and his family adopts flexitarian diet in which both veg & non veg included. My cousin's academic performance is excellent. I believe it's just a myth to say that meat will shrink your brain power. If that's the case then nation like Japan, korea, China, USA etc should not have been developed this much! Ultimately, it's all up to an individual wether the person want to live only with veg or only with non-veg irrespective of concerning about own's cognitive development. In my personal opinion, overwhelmed consumption of anything always harms. Then technically, people concerning for thier nutritious health must adopt flexitarian diet i.e. diet of both veg & non-veg.
