Vegan filet o fish copycat! McDonald’s who?! If you want just like a basic filet o “fish” sandwich just use, pink salt, pepper, garlic powder, Nori and onion powder but i spruced mine up to my liking with the extra seasonings below! You've done a great job. It's the starch (white bread, rice paper, flour, breadcrumbs) and fried food I can't have... Looks good for sure!!!!! But... Ill have meat before I have all that other stuff though 👀

I’m going to preface this by saying I love the concept of eating vegan, and this looks delicious! I don’t mean to be that person but - where’s the protein? I’m assuming you get it in other areas of your diet and it may not always be an even swap protein for protein when making something vegan.
