Idk what some people were expecting from this. I started watching and then wanted to look something up and briefly got out of the video. At the time, Derek had nothing but "thumbs up". I came back a few minutes later to continue and saw a couple of "thumbs down". You know, Derek is far away from his home where it would have been more convenient for him to post, yet he's graciously decided to share his London vegan food journey with us. It's too bad some people can't appreciate his efforts. Just so you know, Derek, I and many others *do* appreciate you. I'm not even an athlete or bodybuilder or anything. I'm just a middle aged woman who finds you and your channel very engaging. Thank you for all you do. 😊 xx

I just made the switch a little over two weeks ago. Best decision ever. I am eating more, have more endurance, I'm not killing anything so I feel at peace with my diet, and it's so much easier and more fun than I thought it would be. You've been a great resource and if it weren't for you and Venus I would be totally lost. Thank you thank you thank you.

London has a few dozen parks for you to explore, so that should be a fun video. There is SO much to see and do there I hope you get to experience some of it. Yes, they call eggplant aubergine and zucchini are courgette, which I can spell easier than zucchini. 😅

I don't know if you're interested but when you were eating and you asked what it was - it looked like a caper bud which comes from a green herb we eat here in southern mediterranean called caperi. It's super tasty and the actual herb is very interesting. We add it to salads and it's an appetite suppressant, supposedly.

I am going to make the Almond milk this week, the one I buy is nearly $4 each. I have introduced Flax seed mixed with nuts into my life and I have been putting in my Smoothie bowls, salads, home made chocolates, with Quinoa. Yes that food looked amazing and it gave me ideas of more food to make.
