May contain is kinda like when quick Steve switches out the milk and dark chocolate on the enrober. Sucks that we don't have an aldi here. Hometown got 2 and we moved away (2000 miles away to be exact) but nearest aldi is states away. For the garlic you just plant them and when they grow shoots just snip them off and use them like chives or in a salad, it is a hint of garlic flavor from something you wouldnt use otherwise

Onion tip for Terry: hold the onion up and look at it from the side. If its shaped like a rather flat oval there is a better chance than not that it will be sweet. Doesn't matter if its white, yellow, or purple. A couple of slices of homemade bread slathered with Veganaise and a thick slice of sweet onion= perfect vegan snack.

Have you guys ever tried to make your own hummus? Its super-easy and you can control the salt. I use my blender. I dont even get my food processor out.

Gambas al pil pil: mejor gambas frescas y perlarlas. Picar ajo, y perejil muy muy fino. Poner la gambas peladas en un bol y añadir las gambas el ajo y perejil con aceite de oliva e importante, añadir "Pimentón de la Vera" (spanish -Spain- genuine). Poner una sartén con poquito de aceite de oliva virgen extra, calentar (no muy fuerte) añadir el revuelto del bol, esperar a que las gambas estén hechas (no hacer mucho). Servir con un buen pan y una cervecita fresca. Mano de santo! Good for you!
