that wrap can make three meals.. you can add a side salad... with one of those pieces.. the food look's yumm and easy.. .. I need to get nutritional yeast..

Yes please, more videos like this :) I'm so in love with your channel & videos. As a poor uni student with depression, making food is one of the hardest things, especially cheap, easy & at least moderately healthy, on top of finding things that are meat free. I've never heard of nutritional yeast though, so must take to google. Haha.

+HighKailash hmm, overripe is good unless it got black instead of green and if its not ripe you can put it in a bag with bananas, it will get ripe faster(I don't like to wait because I'm obsessed with avocado😍😂 so I get them already ripe, not hard as a rock...)

Yes. when you open one and it has bad, brown parts in it=sad, sad avocado. I've had that happen a few times:(. Her sexy avocado had such a beautiful shade of green.

Love your recipes! I don't personally like meat substitutes just because I grew up a vegetarian and don't like the taste of "meat". But my daughter does and I find the smoked tofu with it at Freshco.
