Hot take from a former equestrian who spent 12+ years around horses: They are squeaky clean(keeping a white horse as white as that is hard af). Their hooves looks trimmed and allright. They are not stressed or showing any signs of discomfort nor are they malnourished or underweight. The horses are just fine.

I grew up surrounded by horses because my mother used to compete at a national level, and I can tell you for a fact that those ponies looked happy and well. Veggo Dirtbox has no idea what she's on about.

There is a vegan equestrian KZfaqr named Raleighlink, who reacted to his same video. She concluded that these ponies were well fed, well groomed ,well taken care of and lived in better conditions than a lot of other horses and ponies. The children weren’t even riding the ponies, they were just gently caressing them. She said that these ponies were farthest from being abused and exploited!!

No no, you don't understand. It is a LOT easier to protest and pick on a tiny family business at a kid's birthday party than it is to go up against an entire industry with actual money and power. My kids and I saw these ponies in freo the day before. They were so relaxed and happy to be pat and played with by the kids, and it was especially magical for my 3 year old. The ladies running the stall were extremely nice and made the kids feel so welcome. Imagine seeing that and something so wholesome and thinking "can't wait to ruin this for everyone". I just wish the nutcase was there the day before, i would not have had any issue telling her how I and every1 else feels about her

She doesn’t stop to think, those horses are being very well. Probably have a better life under someone’s care than if they were wild. Like most animals honestly, I for example have a dog who was a rescue from a kill shelter. We adopted him, and if we hadnt, he could possibly been put down. Or he could’ve been a stray rummaging through trash. I once had a cat, who was a stray rummaging through garbage. He was extremely malnourished and we took him in and gave him a good home. He lived a long and healthy life and eventually, passed away, a happy cat. And the same will one day be said for my dog. This does not make me a slave owner.
