Bob... Since the eclipse all sorts of weird things have been coming together for me. Like some sort of intertwining of loose ends. One happens to deal with you. I subscribed to your channel when I was on a TV vehicle kick and I think you an A-Team van or something. Sooo I subscribed and started watching your videos. At the same time I had subscribed to Daze with Jordan the Lion. Today I saw he posted a video about the Abbott grave site and as an enormous Pantera fan, I had to check it out. As I watched, I kept thinking to myself "those red suspenders and this guys look remind of that vehicle KZfaqr". Well.... Jordan mentioned your KZfaq handle and I looked and up and by gosh it's you. I remember that house when nothing else was out there, the freeway wasnt there, zero apartments, we used to ride quads on these massive hills right behind your house, good times. Right up the street at Sandhill and Russel a few years ago when the Ford estate was for sale I checked it out, it was about 780k at the time for that 5 acres and 4 houses on it and all the equestrian stuff. Should have bought it but the traffic all day was heard in the main house which while nice, needed to be remodeled. It used to be so quiet out there, all we had was Smith's up the hill and Kmart, and Wayne Newton's crazy peacocks walking up and down Sunset and Pecos.

If I remember correctly they no longer approve water features in Clark County, but maybe they will allow you to do something.
