[Ingredients]

*Five Spices Powder 1/4 tsp

Kung Pao Oyster Mushroom
*Oyster Mushroom 4pcs

*Light Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
*Corn Flour (a little)
*Cucumber 1pc
*Carrot 1pc
*Dried Chilli 3pcs

*Sichuan Green Pepper 1/2tsp
*Sichuan Red Pepper 1tsp
*Peanuts 30g
*Light Soya Sauce 1tbsp
*Soya Sauce 1/2 tbsp
*Vegetarian Oyster Sauce 1/2 tbsp
*Ketchup 1/2 tbsp
*Sugar 1tsp
*Vinegar 1tbsp
*Corn Starch Water 2tbsp

[Steps]
Use warm water to rub the wheat starch into a ball
Steam the yam for 15 minutes, then smash it into a paste
Add a quarter tsp of five-spice powder and salt, half a spoon of sugar and sesame oil, the ball of wheat starch, shortening, and knead
Coat it with a layer of wheat starch on the outside to make it into a ring
The height of the yam ring is ideally between 2.5 and 3 inches
Then put it in the freezer for an hour
Deep frying at about 180 to 185 degrees until golden brown

Prepare Kung Pao Oyster Mushroom
Mix Gong Bao Sauce

*Vinegar 1tbsp
*Corn Starch Water 2tbsp
*Mushroom Seasoning (a little)
Cut mushrooms into cubes
Then sprinkle half a teaspoon of salt, appropriate amount of pepper and five-spice powder, a tablespoon of light soy sauce, and a little cornstarch
Mix and marinate for 15 minutes
Cut cucumber and carrot into cubes
Cut three dried chilies about an inch long stripes
First deep-fry peanuts and mushrooms until golden brown
Use two tablespoons of oil to fry the Sichuan pepper
