Fantastic video! It’s great to see instructional videos taught by a real headhunter! I’ve gotten a lot out of these videos It’s awesome that they’re free and theirs no bullshit commando subscription required.

Great video and refreshing to see you keeping things simple. Simple is best! Couple of points wanted to highlight - exiting the vehicle. Keep that door open because the driver is going to be following you real quick especially if you’re taking rounds. Once he’s exited, he can shut the door. Even if the vehicle is not armoured, you’re putting another barrier between rounds coming in.

Good series. I hope for 3-4 situations like on the side of the road (car breaks down), stuck in heavy traffic, being boxed in, when getting in our out of one's garage or at a gas station. A few pointers like that would be helpful. Close to the 100k. Some live chat Q&A stuff maybe this year?

We’ve discussed it. We have a lot going on in the backend that people don’t see so it’s a matter of prioritizing.

@@TacticalHyve There is a lot of work involved indeed. But think about viewership and there is a crackdown at a certain subscriber amount. The returning viewer core with chat also brings people together, meeting at classes and so on, way in the future annual events maybe with tpc...merch...

Closing the door gets it out of your way and also puts more barrier between you and the targets on the other side. Unlikely to be enough to stop rifle rounds, but will slow bullets down that much more.
@TacticalHyve
@TacticalHyve 2 жыл бұрын
Keep the scenario Coch mentioned in mind. The driver needs to get out. The driver won’t get out in the direction of fire.

@@TacticalHyve Ive debated the mentality of a "clean vs dirty side" bail-out in unarmored vehicles many times. Those vehicles, especially a single side, do not stop rounds. The extra time you take to try to crawl over and exit on the clean side is extra time spent in a cage. I have learned and teach to take the most expeditious path out and to the clean side. For the driver, the fastest way to the clean side is the dirty side and around the back. Aaron Barruga with Guerilla Approach teaches this as well, and I agree with the philosophy. What are your thoughts? Driver dirty side: 3-4 seconds to get out and around to the clean side Driver crawling over center console in full gear: 5-7 seconds

It depends on perspective, and always, the situation. One could say that exiting the driver side is putting oneself in immediate danger, whereas exiting the passenger side one still has some kind of barrier between the person and incoming fire-similar to your original comment-albeit slower then exiting from the driver’s side.

Anytime I see these demos I Imagine the person slipping forward or backwards when standing up to fire and sending a rouge round through the hood 😮, or getting out of the vehicle and sending one through the door or floorboard

@@burtbiggum499 Well. I sure understand your sentiment. If a foreign threat invades America you want to be able to fight effectively as a militia to help defend your homes. Makes sense. But from a legal perspective its wise of Hyve not to disclose such tactics. If, by any chance, such a video was found on a active shooters search history, Hyve could be blamed for teaching him how to do what he did. Maybe a court wouldn't be able to pin them but public opinion sure as water can.

I guess shooting back from inside a car needs to be done if that is the only option left. However, I am very skeptical about how 5.56mm rifle round can be after passing through a windshield at any opponent who is not so close. If the opponent is totally stationary, then shooting through the windshield to break it then shooting through the hole may be viable, but if the opponent or the vehicle is moving, you may have to shoot a new part of the window with each shot. I have seen a round or two of M855 fired at a driver who failed to stop at a check point in a war zone. When the driver panicked and stopped, the driver was still alive, and the injury was mostly from fragments.
