Nice videos. I've collected an assortment of Veil Cervidae, Veil West River, True Timber Strata amd True Timber Prairie tops, bottoms, base layers, vests and jackets. Everything I bought when it was discounted. Most pieces for under $60. I'm hoping to mix and match my new camo so it works from early October until late January for all different conditions.

Almost in every back drop they both disappear, especially in deer vision.

As soon as I get inside my fully enclosed blind, I could hunt naked if I wanted to because the deer are not going to see what I am wearing. Nor can deer smell my scent inside the blind. While camo is needed if your hunt exposure is out in the open, too much money and concern is spent on camo by most hunters who are not spending their day deer hunting in the open but are usually in an enclosed blind. Also, if a hunter remains still, even when not wearing any camo pattern at all, a deer will have a very hard time determining what they are seeing. The deer may indeed see a single color blob of some kind but plenty of stuff in nature is just a large blob of some kind, such as large rocks, dirt root balls where trees have been blown over, abandoned objects such as rusty vehicles, old machinery, piles of discarded debris, etc. IN the far more developed Eastern half of the USA, deer see so much stuff in the woods like this that another blob that IS NOT MOVING represents nothing more than a fixed part of their environment that isn't a danger to them. Finally, if a hunter is elevated in a tree stand, the vast majority of the time deer walk right under the stand without ever knowing there is a hunter above them. See the thousands of videos on You Tube where this happens routinely. Those hunters could be wearing a Ronald McDonald clown suit and the deer would never see them. I'm not against camo. I have a closet full of it and wear it often. But it serves mostly to help me if ground based hunts like still hunting for squirrels or turkeys and not nearly so much for deer hunting in the Eastern USA. But is one camo really better than the other? Probably not. Camo only works when it blends well with a specific background. If you were camo that doesn't match the background well, you may still stick out like a sore thumb. And if you MOVE, no matter what camo you wear, you will likely be detected by nearly any animal other than an armadillo.
