If you mounted the rear basket side ways , your load might be more balanced.

Almost every single bike on the market has a diagonal tube from the seatpost top to the rear axle. This one doesn't AND is a cargo bike. Kinda curious how many frame fractures they will have, as it's osmething many manufacturers struggle with on even normal bikes.
